If You are a property owner on the island of Brač, but reside abroad and it is impossible for You to manage and maintain Your property from a distance,  with our provided service all is possible because we are located locally. Our corporate actions entail attention to preservation, touring, decoration, cleaning and maintenance of all facilities, regardless it being a villa, house, flat or apartment.

Considering our service packages and their contents, for You, we have prepared annual property maintenance packages, depending on the surface area of the property and the content of the tasks which we will be accomplishing for You, and all in accordance with Your requirements and demands it is possible to integrate an additional service in the already existing packages.

Through our service packages, and wide offer of services, we offer solutions to all situations  which a realty owner may come across when occasionally residing in it.

STANDARD PACKAGE / Contains:
  touring and inspection of property 1-2 times a month (inside and out), special touring in case of bad weather
  venting premises and watering flowers and other plants
  verification of installations (gas, electricity, water, alarm, cooling , heating systems etc...)
  key safekeeping in our safe (accessible to Your friends, guests or service personnel upon  Your authorisation)
  submitting monthly reports on the status of Your property; rendering photos, if we notice any changes (documented  status are sent via e-mail)
  claim notification to insurance company

 
PLUS PACKAGE + standard package / Contains:
  performing smaller visible damages and breakdowns (within one hour duration)
  reading meters (water, electricity...) with or without  local self government
  gathering and forwarding mail from/to Your address
  Implementing contacts for Your requirements with the local self-government, insurance etc.
  general cleaning (twice a year), and maintenance cleanliness

 
MAX PACKAGE + plus package / Contains:
  complete garden and yard maintenance

 

If You believe that You do not need our property maintenance package, yet require a service of ours once in a while, we are always at Your disposal.
